To purchase from Tom Dodd Nurseries, Inc. you must be involved in the wholesale,re-wholesalers, distribution centers, landscaping, and retail garden centers.

To set up account, please fill out the custoemr application below. We require additional documentation to finalize your status as a new customer, such as a copy of your business license, W9, tax information, etc.

Once your account has been established we contact you directly.

Visiting the Nursery

We love visitors at Tom Dodd!! Please contact your sales representative to set up a time and date for a tour. For safety reasons, customers are not allowed to drive around or walk around the nursery without supervision. Please always visit the office upon arrival.

 

Ordering

We advise calling or emailing your sales representative for pick up or delivery at least 24 hours in advance. We need ample amount of time to pull and stage the material ahead of time for shipment.

 

Delivery

We offer delivery for all our customers. We deliver Monday- Friday 7am- 4pm. A purchase minimum of $1,500 is required for all delivery orders. We deliver out of state from the West of Texas troughout north and south east regions. Delivery service is drop and go only – the customer is responsible for unloading the truck.

Deliveries typically schedule 3-5 days out, please book in advance.

 

Payment, Pricing, & Promotions

All prices listed are F.O.B. our nursery. Prices listed cancel all previous quotations and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for tarp material or labor to tarp your truck. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check. We will not take third-party checks.

 

Guarantee

We do not offer a warranty on our plants. We guarantee our plants to be true to name and healthy when they leave the nursery. We are not responsible for plants once they leave our nursery or after delivery has been made. Any claims must be received in writing no more than 48 hours after delivery. Returned items will incur a 10% restock fee.
